Authentic Greek cooking, delightful staff, and high quality food. From the pita with olive oil and feta, to our beet salad, vegetable plate, and handmade bread with stuffed cheese - everything is made with care, so tasty!
This is a lovely local restaurant in a Laguna Niguel strip mall. The food is much more authentic than your usual Greek restaurant & the food is excellent. I had pastitso & my wife had moussaka both of which were extraordinary. The Greek wine was also excellent; but the highlight of the dinner was the dessert, combo of shredded wheat, custard & more. The service was a little slow but the wait was worthwhile. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys true Greek food.
Service was great and I liked the restaurant's ambiance on the inside. I appreciated that it wasn't cookie cutter Greek food. I got the Kalamari dinner and it was tasty. I wasn't a huge fan of the roasted potatoes side, next time I'd get the feta fries. They constantly bring you warm pita which is a huge plus. A bunch of reviews mentioned some man talking about his time with the Food Network, but we didn't have any such encounter.
A great variety of Greek food. Very impressive and so much to choose from. The Saganaki cheese is a must appetizer. I had the pork kabobs and my wife had the sausage, which had a tremendous smokey flavor. Nice wine list, beer choices are a good selection of beers from Greece. A glass of Ouzo is always needed with your meal, Yamas!
Lovely place for a date night or family. The food is so so good and hot and fresh. The ambience is perfect and the service is wonderful. The owners are always present. And I absolutely love the fried cod and lamb shank. Jewelled rice is a must
Had an awesome takeout experience from Taste of Greece. The food was fresh and very flavorful. The lemon roasted potatoes were the star of the show. And the tzatziki sauce was also delicious. The lamb stew with veggies has such a depth of flavor. The restaurant was very busy but the hosts were very kind. Our food was ready in 30 minutes. I cannot wait to visit again.
